Angel Trumpet

The Angel Trumpet, Burgmansia, has put on quite the show this Spring.  It has made at least 50 flowers.

It went for years without blooming and recently started making a few flowers in the Fall.  I am hoping it will now bloom on and off throughout the season.

I need to swing past Maas Nursery and see if their yellow ones are blooming. They were the only ones I’d seen until you showed yours; I thought the flowers always were yellow or white. I like these more.

    • I need to go by Maas someday. I don’t even remember where I got the Angel Trumpet. It might have been a passalong. I made the mistake of leaving cuttings on the ground and they rooted. Three more are growing.
