Flashback Friday

The Flashback for today is another recipe that just happens to be Gluten Free.

It is a quiche with a crust made of rice.  The crust really caught my attention and the dish could be made with your favorite quiche recipe or use the one I provided.

And for tomato growers, this is a good way to use some of them up. Hope you enjoy it!
