Pure Sunshine

Black Eyed Susan Vine (Thunbergis alata) in bud.

Full bloom.

The seed looks like it is ensconced in a temple pagoda.

This plant is pure sunshine.  The bright yellow flowers can be seen from across the garden.  Even the structure of the seed pod adds visual interest to the vine.  The original seeds were planted a couple of years ago and now it is automatically covering the fence.
